Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type.
Please check what conditions apply to each option when making your selection.

Children of any ages are welcome.
Children 5 years old and younger stay for free when accompanying an adult.
Children ages 6-11 are charged at R150 per night, inclusive of breakfast. Children 12 years old and older are charged as adults.

Pets are not allowed.

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Online Payments

DEPOSIT TERMS:

One night’s deposit will be charged when the booking is made.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

Cancellation +15 days prior to arrival = No cancellation fee
Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival = 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation
TO NOTE – PEAK SEASON CANCELLATION TERMS (15 December 2024 – 10 January 2025):
Cancellation 31+ days prior to arrival = No cancellation fee
Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival = 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation

PERSONAL PROPERTY

The hotel is not liable for guests’ vehicles and their contents. Cars are parked in the car park at the owners’ risk.
The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions. All items are left at the owners’ risk; however secure safekeeping facilities are available at reception.
